RadiantBiz began as a business consultancy, founded by Rizwan Ansari after his decade-long career in banking. Over the years, we have successfully set up businesses across multiple industries, including real estate. With our deep understanding of business operations and mortgage financing, our CEO, Rizwan Ansari, saw the opportunity to expand into the real estate sector. This expansion allows us to assist buyers in making the right connections with banks and property sellers, ensuring seamless transactions and the best financial solutions.

Houzez is also a WordPress-based property management system which allows you to own and maintain a real estate marketplace, coordinate your agents, accept submissions and offer membership packages.

When we started RadiantBiz, I had already witnessed the highs and lows of the UAE real estate market. During the Great Financial Crisis, while working in the banking sector, I saw firsthand how irresponsible mortgage lending by certain banks and their managers led to a housing bubble. This experience made me realize the critical importance of having the right guidance and advice in one’s real estate journey.
